Types of vertical pumps
OME Motors proposes a line of vertical axis centrifugal pumps in 4 recently improved versions:
VMT pumps: these are vertically suspended pumps designed for installation in wet environments, they are used in the chemical and petrochemical sectors, at cryogenic temperatures, where vertical lifting is required and in water cooling processes.
– Max. flow rate: 6000 m3/h
– Max Preval: 500 m
– Temperature range: -80 +250 °C
VSL pumps (VS4): the VSL series of pumps are designed in accordance with current regulations that establish universal parameters to be followed for the construction of details, is therefore a valid alternative to the more standard VS4 with the advantage of greater efficiency, can be supplied with a wide variety of competitive hydraulic options
– Max. flow rate: 1100 m3/h
– Max Preval: 135 m
– Temperature range: -80 +500 °C
VMB pumps (VS6): The VMB series of pumps are designed for the removal and recovery of high temperature liquids, such as condensate from water vapour or hydrocarbons. Widely used in the petrochemical sector and in power plants. The high efficiency and low cost make the VMB pump the best fit for this field of application.
– Max. flow rate: 1800 m3/h
– Max Preval: 1000 m
– Temperature range: -80 +250 °C
VSC pumps (VS5): the VSC series of pumps are designed in accordance with the regulations in force, which establish universal parameters to be followed for the construction of details, and are therefore a valid alternative to the more standard VS5. The presence of suspended bearings in a trolley above the cover plate provides protection in case of flooding. Particularly suitable for the transfer of abrasive substances or contaminated liquids.
– Max. flow rate: 400 m3/h
– Max Preval: 60 m
– Temperature range: -20 +200 °C
